Welcome to Dj Movies — a movie discovery community for commentary films. By downloading, installing, or using the Dj Movies mobile application or related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may use anonymous or other sign-in and associate your use with a device identifier. We may enforce one primary account per device.
Dj Movies is not directed at users under 13. You must meet the minimum age shown in the app for your region.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, for security, or as required by law or partners.
When you submit a rating, review, or comment, you grant us a license to host, display, and process it to operate the Service. Your review may be shown with your display name and country label as configured in the app.
You represent that your content is honest, does not violate law or others’ rights, and does not contain spam or misleading claims. We may remove content or restrict access that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Movies, artwork, trailers, text, branding, and software in the Service are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access discovery content through the app in line with these Terms — including browsing catalogs, watching trailers, and posting reviews.
The Service may display ads (for example banner ads) to help support discovery and operations. Ads are subject to your consent choices where required by law. Ad serving is described further in our Privacy Policy.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Settings in the app offers Erase All App History & Data or Delete Account for permanent deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. This action is irreversible.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains collection, use, deletion, and third parties (including Firebase and Google).
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party content, links, or integrations are not under our control.
User reviews reflect individual opinions and do not represent our views.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law.
We may modify these Terms or the Service. We will update the “Last updated” date for material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
Governing law and disputes: Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Dj Movies as stated in the app or website, and courts in that jurisdiction may have exclusive venue, subject to consumer protections where you live.
